Interactive Presentation
Overview
The requirement was to build a guidance document that describes the client’s end business process. The document will be viewed in digital form and needs to be interactive and engaging because adding interactivity to your presentation is the best way to spice up your speech, engage your audience and stand out from other presenters. A mood board and the overall look and feel of the document were shared by the client (the content is hidden of course due to confidentiality).
Challenges
Based on the mood board I decided to use an animated background in the presentation. The problem was if I used a video in the background, changing the slide will cause a jump as the background video would start from the beginning on the next slide. I tested the background with an animated GIF to overcome this, and it worked.
Process
I used animated GIFs for the background
I divided the presentation into four sections and I used that as the menu page.
To enhance the user experience, I used buttons to navigate the documents.
I animated the elements to match the style of the presentation.
