Pac-Man
Overview

Creating an animated video on Pac-Man using PowerPoint was a creative and resourceful endeavor. PowerPoint, primarily designed for presentations, can be a versatile tool for animations. Here's an overview of the process and the techniques I used for the video production.
Process
Conceptualization
Started by outlining the storyline or concept for the Pac-Man video. Determining the key scenes, transitions, and animation and elements I wanted to include. Then planned the visual sequence and timing of each slide.

Design and Assets
Gathering the necessary assets for the video, such as Pac-Man sprites, ghosts, dots, and the maze background. Ensuring that the visuals were clear, engaging, and true to the Pac-Man aesthetic.

Slide Setup
In PowerPoint, I started setting up the slides. Each slide represented a frame in the animation. I used a"blank" slide layout to have full control over the design.
Animation Techniques

Motion Path Animation
Using motion paths to move Pac-Man and the ghosts through the maze. Setting up the paths, duration, and speed to mimic the game's movements.

Custom Animations
Customized animations to create effects like Pac-Man opening and closing its mouth and ghosts movements.

Timing and Synchronization
Ensuring that the timing of animations aligns with the desired pace of your video. Using PowerPoint's timeline view for precise control.

Transitions
Using slide transitions to smoothly move from one scene to another.

Sound Effects and Music
Incorporating the sound effects for Pac-Man eating dots, and the iconic "waka-waka" sound.
